Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Favoritism- The only way to get promoted is to kiss your managers butt. The higher up you go the less diversity you see. I seen white employees go from associate to senior accountant in two years, while it takes most African Americans 5 years

Pros

I honestly can not come up with one. You get a check.

Cons

You tell someone one thing they change everything on a dime. Then when someone has a doctors appointment you reprimand the person? You promise training and there isn't any. You throw people under the bus. If certain accounts are so prestigious then why do you pluck someone off the street to run the show? Wouldn't you load the account with people that you know their track record? There is literally no support from anyone, you get in trouble for asking questions, asking lack of questions, not asking questions, talking to the customer, not talking to the customer, giving ideas, not giving ideas. doing your work, going above and beyond, just to name a few. I now understand what the people in Stockholm went through.

Pros

The only pro is casual Fridays

Cons

-They don't pay enough as compared to the kind of work they make you do -Actual timelines of the project delivery are never shared which results in uneccessary late nights -The senior management does not care about professional growth of employee- repetitive work - high attrition rate - which is never addressed and is a very discouraging factor - illogical promotion policy - mediocre issues are given more precedence than actual quality of work - innovative approaches towards projects are most often suppressed and not given proper platform which results in you losing appetite to work - give repetitive work and do no keep in mind your skill set and the kind of work that you have desired them to give you
