      Illogical kpi measurement. No leisure benefits like other mnc companies. Randomly select people to give msa without proper plans to improve them

      Pay is fine. Campus is pretty. Food is good. People are hardworking and smart.

      Cons

      - politics pressure from all around - horrible work life balance. Every day is a hackathon - feels like you have to be online 24-7 sometimes until 2am - moral always quite low
