Now with Broadcom lean and mean approach, reduction of portfolio, 0 empathy message from the CEO " get your butts back in the office".. it feels like IT 30 years ago

for the moment we still wait for new contracts so have no pros, I'll complete this in a few months

-the switch between vmware to broadcom is too long -many layoffs after aquisition -not easier procedures as we were told - no transparency
