1) Interview process was once started was quick 2) Access to pluralsight, Learning etc which will help in self learning Upto $2000 per year for any sort of certification and $5000 for degrees you can choose for upscaling 3) If you are stuck with work there is always a level above you available to assist 4) VMware trust their employees 5) Skip level meeting are common

1) After the interview they took time to revert and provide a joining date 2) Growth seems nearly stagnant 3) Contracts are pricey
