Pros

Company moving towards AI technologies.

Cons

I was made to do UI CSS work by the Manager even though I was hired as a Backend Engineer with 10+ years of experience, and then they judge employees by the space between the buttons, the background color, the position of the button when the thing the employee has done in his career is to scale out the application to millions of users, resolved database performance bottlenecks, resolved memory leaks. Most of the good work is being done by the US team, India team get to work on the older technologies like GWT. Spring and Spring boot is not used in the core module, some internal framework is being used, won't help for future growth. Very small office space, might not find a place to sit.

Pros

The only pros is that you get your salary on time.

Cons

- HR is very rude and pathetically arrogant. - No job security - No Increments - Top Management employees are totally unaware what's happening in Bangalore or probably they want to ignore it.
