      - Strong leadership pre Dell divestiture - Great culture pre Dell sale of Boomi - Fast growing, good product

      Cons

      - Since Dell sale of Boomi, many negative changes with private equity takeover - Some toxic leadership, especially one female exec involved in Public Sector - by far most toxic leader ever experienced in corporate career - Many more changes looming with increasing departures of key personnel
