Unorganized collaboration and understanding between departments. Recently experienced massive layoffs and hired a new CEO. The company's operations are so far behind compared to other competitors. It has decent software, but other larger and more reliable companies have now caught up and produce better reliable offerings. Boomi is quickly becoming obsolete and is surviving on yet-to-be-proven promises and an outdated software reputation. So have a backup plan if you choose to work here just in case.

The sales compensation structure underwent multiple significant changes in a short period and many many AEs were not happy and making any money.
