      Work from home is the only pro

      Discriminación, abuse, poor or none leadership- worked a three people job with the false lead that I was going to be promoted after 5 months of 65 hrs of work a week I left- without another job landed and I was also willing to give up the anual bonus that would be paid in two weeks after my departure. Boomi was a nightmare for me.

      Very little pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      The entire company is a complete mess. The executive leadership is terrible. There is very little resources or support from a management perspective. No outlook or go-to market plan at all. No Biz Development or lead generation and quite frankly the solution isn't competitive.

      Pros

      CEO left, new one can’t be any worse. Most of the people on the ground were good people. Decent integration platform.

      Cons

      Treat staff as numbers, a cost on a spreadsheet. Senior management don’t have a clue, no proper form of communication or any transparency. No real strategy or direction, now incredibly under resourced due to all the ‘secret’ and ‘quiet’ layoffs. No culture, no trust in senior management, morale is on the floor with everyone constantly looking over their shoulders. This company has gone downhill and it’s only going to get worse.
