Do it for the experience and coworkers, but not for the money.

Pros

Great work atmosphere, great colleagues, the Amsterdam office is a great location and has a really work office.

Cons

Work is quite repetitive and there is no room for growth in the same position, the salary is below average for such a huge company

Hi, I am sorry that you feel the way that you describe. I hope that you raised these concerns with us before you left but if not I would be happy to discuss them in more detail if you contact me. We are working hard at the moment to develop our culture and in fact on the day you posted this review we launched our Values Festival, an event designed to gain feedback from colleagues and develop and articulate our organisational Values. Earlier this year we also held our first Management Training programme with more than 100 managers across the business. If there have been specific problems with individuals I'd be happy to help but I am confident this does not describe the normal situation. Pros

Work and fun in the same, many events in Booking.com such as summer party where all staffs gather and have fun

Cons

As a customer service you have to follow schedule, and it is very strict. Your break time every day will be scheduled at certain time so you can't take it anytime you want
