Pros

Great benefits; salary, quarterly bonus 8-12%, 2 extra payments a year, 25% cashback for bookings made up to 2k a year, monthly company party at bars on the beach during summer. Young environment Many opportunities to develop your management skills by working in many projects/different aspects of a (senior) management role in the office. Trainings abroad (AMS) Independent leader role

Cons

More and more focus is being given to the Company Values which are no more than standard humanly ethics. People are being rewarded (financial) for this 'behaviors'. This performance base, forces, positive behaviors.. This turns a management role into an elementary school teacher having to keep track of someone saying something nice to someone else and.
