Pros

Talented and friendly people all over the world. Lots of opportunities to go abroad for trainings.

Cons

Managers are too young. Not so many internal career chances. Company benefits are limited.

Pros

Besides the colleagues and the international environment, the great canteens, the central location of the buildings and their views, the parties, it is also really interesting to start working in such a fast growing company.

Cons

Capitalism is king! Quantity over quality. They rapidly hired managers during this fast growth and you can feel the poor quality: no people person, no humanity, no recognition, rare motivational feedback and focus on weaknesses rather than strength.
