Pros

My journey at Booking.com has been a really positive experience so far. It’s a truly international, accepting environment. I feel welcome here and appreciate the ability to learn from different cultures and perspectives. Even as a specialist, I feel comfortable bringing ideas to the table, and there’s room to experiment, learn and iterate. I also love that women are appreciated and can build a successful career here. I’ve been lucky to have a really supportive manager who gives clear feedback, trusts me with ownership, and genuinely cares about my development and well-being. Compensation and benefits are strong and competitive for the market. But the best perk is the opportunity to work with smart, talented colleagues who strive to excel at their jobs and make travel even more enjoyable.

Cons

There’s nothing off-putting for me. I think being receptive to change is essential for any company today, and I like the direction we’re taking.
