Good work life balance. Lots of infrastructure to help get new engineers up to speed. A variety of interesting design work.

Cons

Not very fast paced which can be a positive or a negative depending. Large scale relatively slow moving corporate environment.

Pros

Flexible schedule, interesting projects ( if you can get in the group), good taining courses offered ( if manager allows), great career opportunities for early career folks

Cons

low morale among coworkers, inconsistent skill level of first and second level management, just ok cafeteria, office decor from the 90's, limited reward for working harder than others, can be difficult to move up in the company unless you are management, not a lot of incentive for mid to late career engineers to stick around.
