Pros: good salary, gym benefit, brand name , Some very good projects.

Cons

Cons: bad beuracracy, no work life balance, management don’t walk the talk, directors are just Project management people and don’t have people leadership and technical knowledge. Worst: chief engineers are the people who are just management people ! Another disaster in making.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Healthcare coverage is the gold standard. Great Holidays and most non touch labor has the ability to work remote at least part of the week.

Cons

This is the new Boeing - the Boeing where employees are numbers and the real people dont matter. If they feel you are not towing the woke company line - you are OUT. Doesnt matter how long you have been there or how loyal to have been.
