Great Talent pool. I got to work with some of the best minds in the industry.

Cons

Some very bad (Incompetent) people at middle and upper management. Bad politics who don't see innovation. They only want you be a Yes Man kind of people. HR does not listen to you as well and just snitch about you to Bad Middle managers. Some of the managers don't have any skill or talent in the field that they are leading and hence are always taking the wrong steps. Overall toxic culture
