      Pros

      1. Excellent work-life balance. 2. Nice HR Policies. 3. Pioneer in Aviation technology which will benefit in the long run.

      Cons

      1. It is a fortune 50 company but the pay scale is not near to any of its competitors. 2. Everything is Proprietary like language and tools won't be helpful when you go outside. 3. Only for me I guess, they do not have proper work and proper plan to help me improve my career aspirations. 4. Mgmt is rigid on moving people around.
