Pros

Boeing has a great many opportunities available to its employees. I have been able to have a diverse set of experiences and work with many talented and diverse teammates. The opportunities for movement across the company or within a function are numerous. The three tiered business unit structure of Boeing offers stability that other companies do not.

Cons

There are a few downsides to a company of this size and complexity. Things can sometimes feel bureaucratic and change may require many approvals before you can act.
