Pros

Some people are nice and helpful.

Cons

Management doesn’t care to develop younger engineers and most people don’t have the time to train you. Not a place to stay long term. You may get busy work and all the experienced engineers hoard the complex projects that would teach you something. This makes development hard.

Pros

A lot of possibilities to do what you want, and you will be heard there

Cons

It really depends which site of Boeing you are applying. Some of them have a truly awful management and leadership.
