Very knowledgeable and intelligent engineers work here. We are dedicated to creating the best product we can. We also ride in airplanes and so do our families.

Cons

Management leadership is very lacking. In addition, the speed at which work needs to happen within Boeing seems fast, but the speed at which you ask management to do something for you, can take months and even years.

It was really close to home and it offered a decent benefits package along with local discounts from local retailers.

Cons

Layoffs were rough. When management sees the trend coming then it was really cut throat. But that could be with any company
