Boeing is one of those companies that’s instantly recognized on a resumé. World class benefits, bonuses, stock/ESPP and the 401k matching of 10% is unbeatable. This is truly a place where you can thrive with stability as well as impactful work. People are willing to teach and be patient.

Cons

Slower pace, safety critical so some projects take a while to get approved. Some software and access requests are frustrating.
