Technical debt is very high with high resistance to resolving it, revolving door for leadership results in any initiatives being temporary and pointless (can't take it seriously), regularl lay-offs mean constant "over the shoulder looking", IT roles feel and are treated like an expense, regular outsourcing to India or Dell of sys admins, database admins and (next up) developers. Work expectations are low, and there is no incentive to excel because taxes will take a majority of any bonus increase from performance, and maximum annual pay increases caps at 6 - 7% anyway.

Managers do all kind of nonsense where you might have not seen in any other company. They don't know even basics of software and bluff some nonsense. And the pathetic situation is that they rate you for your performance. You need not complete even one task and spoil the team, but u should do bootlicking. Bullying is the tool used by the managers to make you run out of the company. If they feel that you sincere and you work for Boeing rather than the manager's performance goals then these managers along with senior manager draw a plan to make you suffer. There is group of managers who are puppet of senior manager. This group will be unleashed on you and you can face the 🔥 .
