Pros

There are a lot of opportunities within the company and different sites to pick from. The work culture is positive and always improving and the collaboration from different teams is good.

Cons

It is a big company so there can sometimes be red tape. Not as innovative or fast-paced as a start-up might be.

Cons

Low initial pay, Large bureaucracy, intense competition for small innovation work-statement, long time between promotions (slow advancement)
