Resarch environment, good benefits, meal tickets, medical assistance, allows to develop a stable technical career in a stable company

Cons

software engineers treated like second race, aeronautical engineers dominate the knowledge domain and software engineers are seen mostly as their tool. No coffee machine. No free eating stuff.
