Benefits and 401k match are better than I've ever seen or heard of anywhere else. Educational assistance is probably the best there is.

Cons

Large company culture. Personal relationships with your coworkers are almost nonexistent. Large company mentality. Everyone is responsible only for thinking within the confines of their own role.
