- Good tuition payment plans for those who like to pursue grad school or other fields while working.

Cons

- Not enough investiment into the future, innovative products. Management is more focused on keeping stock prices up than in the future competetiveness of the company. - Not competetice pay for highly skilled engineers anymore. Killed the union and now depreses wages. - Terrible performance metrics.
