Global competitor, many growth opportunities, many locations, excellent work/life balance. I have great coworkers as well.

Cons

Promotions and personal growth greatly limited by supervisors. This is an industry that is in flux and one must be flexible or willing to find another job.

Cons

Lots of politics, its very hard to transfer locations, career opportunities are lacking, promotions are hard to come-by, lots of layoffs every couple years, management is slow to follow through
