Cons

Leadership was extraordinarily awful and unreliable. Directors don’t talk to each other and don’t show up to their meetings or leave a delegate despite procedure in doing so.

- Because the company is so large you can move to new programs and explore many interesting topics. - Tech Fellows are very technically accomplished and must go thru a very rigorous selection process. Often holding patents and have solve complex problems - They are the top 1% of the employees

Cons

Boeing IT doesn’t reward or compensate Tech Fellows appropriately for their value. They are under utilized and under valued. They are not relied on by Executive Leadership and are not given compensation package equivalent to managers even though it is advertised as alternative career path.
