Cons

People who are working here from long time are surviving by politics and doing just time pass.

Please dont join IT and DA , They fool you and do lot of politics with respect to the other speaking/state people. As many fulled with one state managers.

Full of politics and waste managers and non technical management and dont listen to employees feedback

Cons

1)Not a right fit for product management 2)leadership wants product mindset but does not understand it 3)very very slow pace of work 4)hire product managers with experience and make them do roles of tester, scrum master, project manager
