Great benefits Good PTO hours per year + company shutdown Work can be satisfying enough depending on the personality AI is around but push is for responsible use vs just AI slop Probably one of the better DoD companies to work for from what I've heard, though

Heavy manager-dependent experience for work performance reviews and career progress. Unblocking oneself can be insufferable sometimes Pay isn't as competitive all the time Bad interview Process Upper Management does not listen to employees
