* Good PTO plan * Excellent Insurance * Excellent 401k options * Lots of Holiday Pay (We get Christmas Eve through New Year's day and 3 days for Thanksgiving off) * Flexible Schedules *Lots of advancement opportunities

Cons

* Can get stuck using older technologies (like WinForms and no DBs in certain situations.)

Benefits are decent. Multiple options for health and life insurance, retirement building, free gym membership to company gyms and company discounts for outside local fitness centers. Advantage of flexing your schedule to meet the work/life balance.

Cons

Base pay is a lot lower than the competitors offers, and sometimes promotions either don’t happen or are not significant pay increases due to funding and budget.
