They are outsourcing their whole IT department and getting rid of any US IT workers supposedly to make Boeing more competitive. This will not work since upper management has no vision, they should be investing in their employees to prepare Boeing for challenges ahead. Throwing around buzz words like "automation" and "machine learning" will not give Boeing an edge unless one knows how to use these tools.
