      Boeing products are really fun to work on and the benefits, pay and eduction opportunities are the best in the biz..

      Pros

      The pay is better then any of the other Defense businesses out there, and the benefits package is great. I have really taken advantage of the opportunities to go back to school and take other professional education classes at Boeing expense.

      Cons

      To much of the business is moving to suppliers, eroding away at the companies technical competence and manufacturing capabilities.
