Plenty of opportunities for variety of work and diverse experiences. Work with some of the most experienced people in the world. Fantastic medical benefits some at zero out of pocket. Matching 401k, at 8% plus automatic 2% of your salary into the 401K. Union position. Pay is competitive, but low compared to the big tech companies.

Cons

Large split between young and old in the workforce. Positive change is happening but at glacial speed.

Very comfortable place to work. Great people, fantastic work-life balance. 9/80 schedule. You can work as hard and learn as much as you are comfortable with.

Cons

Slow moving company, not many opportunities to incorporate cutting edge software, outdated and often slow systems. Top performers and not well rewarded and time matters the most for career advancement through the lower engineering levels.
