Pros

The company is in the process of shifting back towards engineering excellence. From my perspective, this is a welcome change as it allows us to focus on delivering high quality products to our customers.

Cons

There are still some challenges within the company. One area that needs improvement is management dynamics. While everyone is working towards a common goal, it can be difficult at times to get everyone on the same page and organized under one theme.
