Cool products W/L balance Customer engagement Benefits (MBA paid-for in full, 10% 401k match)

Cons

Two downsides: salary and toxic workplace (at least in my field). Despite GREAT benefits, you will not be paid market value for what you do. People in the PM world here back-stab and are typically just in it for themselves. Great spot to start your career, had spot to have a career long term (unless you build your house on wheels)
