Unhealthy work culture

Pros

I was surrounded by lots of intelligent people who were dedicated to their tasks. And the perks were great.

Cons

Work life balance is not appreciated at this company. You are expected to work more than the usual hours and sometimes on weekends. Also, I was never given leave or flexibility to care for my family when I needed to.

Bad, bad, bad...insidious culture!

Pros

Boeing has lost all of its charm and has an insidious culture hiding behind DEI and EGS. The worst is the Digital Aviation business with a new leader at the helm. Unsafe work environment and people who showed up from external with no formal job interview and got propelled into management positions.

Cons

Stay away from this company while you can! Aircraft mechanics, machinist and other blue collar workers are quitting in droves. Attrition rate is well above 30% a month!
