Pros

- some interesting opportunities (if you can get them) - career mentors available - volunteer opportunities available that get you out into the community - can take classes and get your tuition paid for by boeing - nice people for the most part

Cons

- bureaucratic - slow to change (but working on it) - I had 4 different managers within 2 years which hindered my career growth. I had to keep going through the "getting to know you phase" before I could get someone to help me find and switch to a position that was a better fit for my skills and interests (my initial position with the company was a very bad fit and I was stuck there for 1.5 years) - Not many young people in IT
