Good benefits. Pay is decent. Mangers can be great! Remote work and flex work available.

Cons

They are constantly re-organizing the company. Ton of layoffs. Not much room for growth when going through these periods, which seems like my whole career here. Burn out is real. Not enough resources.

Very structured company and roles with good resources to help you perform your role. 401k match is very good and have been able to do a hybrid work from home schedule.

Cons

At the same time, it's a very large company that has many mature systems/processes, and multiple levels of leadership. This can make change and adapting to new business requirements difficult.
