      - Most Management treated the employees with Respect - Great work/life balance when it comes to day to day work - Above standard benefits - Attempted to move forward with technology****See Cons

      - Because of Covid/737 MAX company has gone to keep the lights on mode - Because of changes moving forward with technology stopped - Cutbacks have increased off-hour work to double - Management is not connected to employees work and a lot of re-orgs causing major changes all the time. Example: My job didn't change, my title changed 3 times, manager changed 5 times in 2 years and no manager ever quit in that span.
