Pros

Good startng pay but not nearly enough for the amount work and things you have to put up with. Can be fairly reasonable at scheduling but will try to work you as much as possible.

Cons

Really bad to post schedules and notify of any changes made Hard to move up or change departments

Pros

-good name to have on your CV -great coworkers for the most part -good job if you're starting out, you'll learn lots of different skills if you work at it

Cons

-middle management doesn't know how to retain talent -wages are not competitive -favouritism and bullying ran rampant, managers will judge your personality more than your work and promote/terminate you accordingly
