      They don't walk the talk regarding their Belden values They don't show appreciation to their employees often enough They need to get the people piece right and be consistent with open, honest dialogue

      Decent Compensation and benefits. Good Products.

      Cons

      The management don't care about employees. They fire people left and right for no reasons...continuous turnover in upper and middle management, no growth opportunity until you have any connections with the management.Promotions are not based on performance but who knows who... run away when a recruiter calls about an opening. They will offer you a good package but GOOD Luck for job security .... good package is just short term...

      Pros

      Belden was a great place to work because it had a culture of learning. In the manufacturing industry and the space that Belden is in, there is always something to learn. Because of this everyone is very willing to help other people out and foster learning and growth. The office was very clean and aesthetically pleasing which helped me to work better as well. Overall, a great place to challenge yourself and grow.

      Cons

      There was an extreme lack of diversity. I was also let go unexpectedly due to budget cuts.
