      Great discipline on following processes, templates, timeline. Keeps all BU's accountable based on quantitative results

      Cons

      Too internally focused. Way too much emphasis on quantitative KPIs and not enough risk taking for growth

      Pays well. Lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Very poor customer service. Constantly in chaos. It systems are of 70's. Constantly cutting workforce. No concept of cost management.

      Pros

      The legacy belden folks have their head on their shoulders. Other than that, compensation is fair, and benefits are pretty standard.

      Cons

      Untrustworty management and leadership. Empathy and candor is severely lacking. Run away if ever approached by this company ! It is difficult to find ONE happy and satisfied employee.
