      Pros

      No pros. All negative outlook. Belden is not a place for growth or improvement. There is nothing I could or would say that would be positive.

      Cons

      Everything. Location is far from Toronto. Employees don't care and do what ever they want. Management staff will throw you under the bus without a second thought.

      Pros

      If you work hard at Belden, you will get rewarded. Just as any company, it is not perfect. Depending on your position, you make work long hours. In sales, the schedule is not that bad.

      Cons

      Very little diversity within the company. During my tenure at Belden, there has been a high turnover of senior management.
