      4.5% Match on 401K with 100% vesting from day one.

      Cons

      Typical big company. Sales people are merely a number. Turnover is pretty high within the sales department which is never a good sign. Fear is used as a tactic to try and get sales people to sell more. Grow up management. That is old school thinking that doesn't motivate people.

      Pros

      Good products and brand recognition. Competitive pay and benefits. Many fine people pulling on the oars of a ship spinning in circles.

      Cons

      A maniacal obsession with the stock price and being valued 'like an electronics company instead of a wire company' is the mantra of senior management. If VP's of Sales aren't generating numbers in one year, they're out or exiled, re-igniting the whole merry-go-round yet again. The use of SDP is also mis-managed. Employees throughout the organization will do anything to avoid 'going red', and triggering a wave of countermeasures and extra monthly paperwork. Frequently they do the wrong thing for the business and customers just to avoid this death spiral.
