      Decent team. Reasonably flexible. Lots of work.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations with respect to deliverables. Business disengaged. No respect for quality criteria other than time to market. Non technical management seem to do well rather than technical people.

      Employees are self-motivated, fun and engaging. Lots of travel opportnities. Its brand is second to none on the street. Technology driven

      The bonuses are lower comparing to my previous jobs. The hours are long. Lots of decisions are made in London.

      30 days holidays, great people, interesting work - a mix of strategic and operational HR, good opportunities for advancement and progression

      Cons

      There is a long hours culture in HR, senior management sees it, and tries to do something about it but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Pay is low compared to competitors
