      Too many moving parts

      Pros

      There are some good people there who are trying to achieve the best for the business but there are also a lot of people who are just covering themselves and pointing the finger when things don't go to plan.

      Cons

      Lots of projects all competing for the same resources and all trying to deliver to a predefined timeline regardless of the impact on the quality delivered.

      Pros

      Hours are not too bad, pretty decent benefits, the work is interesting, can work at home when necessary. Lot's of opportunity with all the recent attrition.

      Cons

      Awful comp structure, cheap on IT spending, won't provide tech training for employees, too much off-shoring of IT jobs to save money. Can be very bureaucratic and centralized planning.
