      Early learning curve tapered off very quickly.

      Pros

      Good brand and market recognition - looks good on a CV. Working heavily with emerging markets - good exposure versus other banks.

      Cons

      Product set quite standard and not too sophisticated. Little room for growth as most teams quite saturated. Rely too heavily on soft targets such as number of calls made.

      -Get to work on best possible projects - Possibility of taking leaves.

      Cons

      -Heavily political -Everybody looks for a scapegoat -No good interaction between teams. Its always about screwing each other. -awful bonus. -awful review. -totally inefficient institution -Promotion process is opaque.
