Good salary. Have a good available leave days (21 days minimum for permanent) Depending on the team, you might get quite flexible working hours

Cons

Not a safe place to work and build career. Practice regular employee layoff (they are not concern on retaining employee). Depending on the team / department you might get a lot of overtime work.

Good talent, a lot of remaining talent from Lehman Brothers. The fact that the firm is international gives one a full perspective of a global institution.

Cons

Very British, low risk appetite, a lot of bickering between departments, low bonuses compared to other firms, clients prefer us competitors.
