      If you are lazy, this is the job for you. £45k a year starting salary, 0 responsibilities Decent people on the teams

      Extremely boring, slow pace of work, long turnarounds with IT/other departments. It took 3 weeks to receive my login for my laptop. Constant shuffling between teams. Very poor training - consists of watching pluralsight or YouTube videos, by the time you've learned something the team has moved on to the next project 100% WFH, no option of office work. I have never met any of my team members Despite making huge amounts in net profit BT cancelled all staff Christmas events as shareholders were unhappy with their bonuses.

      Diverse and supporting towards medical related issues

      Pay is poor. They claim that the "yearly" payrise is a reward, when in actual fact it's an attempt to keep up with inflation. A poor attempt at that! The people framework is far too restrictive and the lack of change is pushing the younger worker's out. If it continues, once the current generation retires there will be no BT!
