- Cultured office environment, good hardware to work with - Many small scale internal and on the job trainings - Language courses being organized by the company - Optimal place to start your career at, hirings are constant

Cons

- Existing workforce wages are traditionnaly equal/lower than newjoiners without experience - High turnaround ratio leads to the loss of knowledge - Some systems and tools are a tragedy - Bureaucracy all over the place - Some teams are painfully understaffed

Pay is good for what it is but nothing else

Cons

Everything. Factory farm environment and treat staff terribly. It is so bad it would take all day to write it all down. Extremely high turnover due to how bad it is
